The feedback given to the initial idea was:
-the wrapping paper used for the process could be shown- interesting element - like at Christmas time when all of the wrapping paper is on the floor
-using thread perhaps to bind at the edge
-experimenting with yellow and blue paper to keep in theme with the consistent colour theme with the objects
-experiment with different stock, such as wrapping paper
-perhaps change the order, with the wrapped images shown first
-use wrapping paper and cut the images out of it
-colour scheme is consistent and effective
-publication could be wrapped
-the images used are interesting, showing the ambitious approach
From this feedback, it is clear that the publication can be developed further with the experimentation of the stock, with the cartridge paper not being effective. Also, the sequence should be changed as it would make the narrative of the gift giving more effective. Also, the suggestion of showing the unwrapped paper should be experimented with as this would again enhance the narrative, showing the cycle of the gifts. Also, the binding of the publication should be thought about more, finding a way of which would fit the aesthetic and idea of the publication.
