group brief- development and process


When the logotype was created, experimentation was done with using the logotype for the Instagram feed. With first experimentation,  the approach is more linear and simplistic to experiment with the different ways to communicate the exhibition. The logo and the added Bedoni text has been halftoned in RGB colours, to adhere to the core values of the brand, whilst adding detail and texture to the type of which will be more interesting to view on the instagram feed. The layout of the design spreads out on the grid, however is linear in its structure, perhaps not creating the scattered personality trait well.

The other design incorporates both visual elements of the halftoned Every noise at once image and the use of the logotype overlapping this design. The logotype has been placed more loosely on the grid, which adhere to the scattered personality trait more effectively. The overlapping of the two elements creates a more interesting effect, with the rainbow like genre map with the darker logotype, creating more subjective colours within the use of RGB.
