untick resample before changing resolution
bleed - use frame
object- frame - fill frame pro/fill content
right click- edit w photoshop- change size
tick resample- change to % and amount indesign changed it to - changes automatically when saved

wider inside margins depending on binding
3mm standard bleed
^200 >280 to print a4 > A3 with crop

printers spread - re ordered to make sense (how it'll be printed)
add pages up- should equal one more than the total pages you have
