As the colour given to start the publication based on colour theory was the Pantone colour blue iris, the experimentation of blue was to be had in the publication. With finding ways of how to practically experiment with the use of blue with showing 3 examples of colour theories, the idea of denim was used. Model photoshoots were had with having different shades of denim being worn, finding backgrounds of which would correlate to the colour theories, such as a different shade of blue or orange. Then when looking around real life situations the colours were found together which showed how the theory is used in real life examples. With the book focusing on the denim and fashion, the outcome created a coherent aesthetic which worked really well. The use of the research on the colour theories added throughout helped identify the theories as well as what the images were trying to test. The publication would work well as an animation and this is something that could be experimented with further as the use of just blue and orange within fashion proves to be an interesting take on colour theories and a realistic representation.
